EMAIL SETUP step by step
First, check your password
Check your password by browsing to Webmail and trying to log in. If you aren’t
able to log in, then you have the incorrect password. Forgotten passwords can be
reset in the control panel – you will need to get your domain or web
administrator to update it for you if you don’t have access.
To go to your Webmail simply type in: https://webmail.yourdomain.co.za or https://shadow.mxrouting.net/roundcube/
You can also change your Password: Click Settings and
then Password (see images below)
Note: Password must contain at least one number,
uppercase and lowercase letter
Example: https://webmail.flooringsolutions.co.za
Sign in giving your email address and password.

Email server details:
POP/IMAP Server: shadow.mxrouting.net
SMTP Server: shadow.mxrouting.net
Also called incoming & outgoing server.
PORTS:
IMAP SSL: 993
POP3 SSL: 995
SMTP SSL: 465
SMTP Non-SSL/STARTTLS: 25, 587

Its important to also authenticate outgoing (SMTP) server
